Built in the 1930s and modelled on a Scottish Hunting Lodge, it is now famous for its resident herd of Rothschild Giraffe and offers you an unparalleled experience of giraffes vying for your attention at the breakfast table and even your bedroom window.
Inspired by the manor's original 1930's decor we have designed our six double bedrooms with large, 4-poster beds, antique furnishings, striking artistic decor and spacious bathrooms to offer a pleasing mix of traditional elegance and modern comfort. The Karen Blixen suite is ideal for families and has direct access to the courtyard which opens onto the adjacent Giraffe Sanctuary.
Giraffe Manor is ideally located for us to arrange trips to the Karen Blixen Museum, the David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, the Masai Market, Nairobi National Park, Bomas of Kenya and many other places of interest or to treat yourself by shopping at a wide range of designer shops and studios in the vicinity.
