A gourmet meal in an idyllic bush setting is a truly memorable experience.

We send out a questionnaire prior to your arrival asking you to detail your dietary and health preferences, in order to design menus according to your needs and requests.

Safari cuisine

With the abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables and some excellent cuts of meat, fish and poultry, we pride ourselves on our culinary delights in the bush. Food is cooked over open coals, fresh bread and pastries baked daily in the tin oven and a distinctly gourmet African touch is given to every serving and table presentation.

Drinking water

Great care is taken to ensure that bottled drinking water is in every lodge, and in camp at all times. Vegetables and fruits are chosen carefully and are meticulously washed, so that you can enjoy all the lush tropical food without concern. We have our own private vegetable garden which supplies the majority of our fruit and vegetables for safari.
